The mattress was incredibly comfortable for a hotel

in this price range, and the staff were kind and attentive. However, I did wish there were better in-room amenities like a fridge, which would have made my stay more convenient.

I was incredibly disappointed with my junior suite. The room was filthy, with hair scattered on the floor and bed. There was no air conditioning, no fridge, and the noise level was unbearable even on the sixth floor. I expected much more for the price I paid, and the lack of response from the staff when I checked out was frustrating.
